Kit Kat milkshake

Ingredients :




  • Milk 2 cups
  • Crushed ice 1 cup
  • Chocolate sauce ½ cup
  • Kitkat 4 slabsVanilla or chocolate ice cream 4 scoops.

1.Blend all together and serve immediately.

Cheese And Potatoes Stuffed Capsicums

Ingredients 


  • capsicum 3 (cut in two pieces remove inner seeds)  for suttuffing
  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 200gm grated cheese
  •  Salt to taste
  • 3 chopped ginger and garlic cloves
  •  Red chilli powder to taste
  • 2 teaspoons amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 3 finely chopped green chilli
  • Crushed cashew as per your requirement
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Cheese for garnishing

Directions


  1. preheat the oven -250deg- gas-7
  2. First boil the potatoes and mash it well then mix redchilli, paneer ,salt, amchur ,cashew, garam masala powder.
  3. In a pan add oil , when the oil is hot add chopped onion fry until it is transparent then add gingergarlic cloves and green chilli fry for few seconds and then add above potato mixture fry for 2 min , once it is done remove from stove and keep a side
  4. Stuff the potato mix into capsicum ( if capsicum is not standing properly then slice off thinly from the bottom)and garnish with cheese
  5. Now keep this capsicum oven tray and cook for 15 min

Mexican Watermelon Drink

Ingredients :


  • 2 cups cubed and de-seeded chilled watermelon
  • 1/2 cup chilled water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of watermelon)
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions :


  1. Blend the above ingredients untill smooth. Garnish with mint leaves
  2. Serve chilled.

Microwave Chocolate Cake

Ingredients :

 
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup malai/oil/butter (what ever available)
  • 1 cup maida/flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons coco powder
  • 1 microwave (800-1000 watt for 7 minutes )

Directions :


  1. Beat 4 eggs very fine in a bowl.
  2. Then add sugar and oil in beated eggs. and mix and beat it again.
  3. Now mix flour, baking powder and coco powder for chocolate flavour) seperatly and then add in the mixture of eggs, oil and sugar.
  4. Pour this mixture in a microwave friendly container (this could be made if plastic of glass). choose a relatively bigger container, because this cake will expend.
  5. Put this cake in microwave for 7 minute. ( not less not more).
  6. after 7 minute leave ur cake for about next 5-8m minute in microwave without any further process.....
here u go.....your cake is ready

Chicken Veggi Sandwiches

Ingredients :


  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken 
  • 1/2 cup capsicum ( chopped )
  • 1/4 cup peas (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon black paper 
  • 1/3 cup cabbage ( chopped )
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 bread slices

Directions : 


  1. Boil the chicken simply in water. after boiling shred the chicken then in a bowl mix all the ingredients, you can add mustard paste as well. 
  2. After the mixture is prepared cut the edges of bread slices with knife now take slice of bread spread the mixture on it and put another slice of bread do the same with all slices
  3. Make it in sandwich make

Mango Fool

Ingredients :


  • 4 mangoes ( cut in cubes )
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons sugar
  • A pinch salt

Directions :


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend it until all ingredients are mixed well and smooth then pour it in glasses and chill it in freezer 
  2. Serve with cream and mango cubes on top

Chicken Shashlik

Shashlik Ingredients


  • 1 kg boneless chicken breast ( cubed )
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Capsicum as required
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tomato pulp
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • salt to taste

Directions


  1. Marinate chicken cubes with lemon juice, yogurt, soya sauce, garlic and ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, cumin and coriander for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours then cut tomatoes, onion and capsicum into pieces
  2. After marination put chicken into a pan and fry it with tomatoes, onion and capsicum until cook. Remove chicken when ready then add all sauce ingredients with little oil and mix well and cook it until ready
  3. Now place chicken in sticks with vegetables as shown in the picture and serve it with sauce

( This recipe directed to make chicken shashlik separated with sauce , if you want to make it shashlik and sauce together so you can increase the quantity if sauce ingredients as per chicken quantity and you can add all sauce ingredients with frying checked and vegetables )




Microwave Chocolate Cake

Serve 6 to 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoon golden syrup or honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 table spoon cocoa ( you can use flavored coffee powder if cocoa is not available )
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup crushed nuts
  • Chocolate Icing ( can be made by mixing melted dark chocolate , fresh cream and icing sugar )


Directions :


  1. Mix milk, sugar, butter, golden syrup, eggs, flour ( maida ), cocoa, baking soda and baking powder together until it become smooth then pour the mixture in microwave ring cake tin ( if you dont want to give shape as seen in the picture you can use other things to shape your cake as of your desire )
  2. Cook high for about 5 to 7 minutes or until cake spring back when touched. As all microwave cook differently so adjust the proper cooking time to accommodate your microwave
  3. Once done let your cake be cooled then ice with chocolate icing and garnish with crushed nuts sprinkle over your cake

Chicken Shawarma

serve 6 to 8

Ingredients :


  1. 1 kg boneless chicken ( cut into stripes )
  2. 1 cup plain yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala ( hot spices )
  7. 2 chopped garlic cloves
  8. 2 tablespoon vinegar
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 cup cheese
  11. 1 tablespoon mustard paste
  12. 1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  14. 1 sliced onion
  15. Tomato finely sliced ( as per need )
  16. 1 cup oil
  17. 1 cabbage
  18. 1 capsicum
  19. Salad leaved
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Fresh long shaped burger or paratha ( if burger is not available )

Directions :


  1. In a large bowl marinate boneless chicken pieces with black pepper, vinegar, salt, cardamon powder, lemon juice, garam masala, mustard paste, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, cumin powder and yogurt for about 2 to 3 hours.
  2. In a large saucepan cook marinated chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. If chicken become dry while cooking then add half cup or water more through out cooking duration.
  3. In a bowl mix cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper and mix it well to make sauce
  4. Now take a paratha or a burger aside, put layer of mayonnaise sauce and add cooked chicken over it with few slices of tomato, onion and capsicum then add 2 table spoon of chopped cabbage
  5. Delicious chicken shawarma is ready to eat.

Mint Lemonade


Ingredients :


  • 2 to 3 teaspoon honey
  • 6 to 7 mint leaves
  • 3 limes
  • Ice cubes
  • cool water

Directions :


  1. Pour water in a glass and mix it with honey until it dissolve into the water then add mint leaves and mix a few moments more so that mint release its volatile oil into the water or you can add smashed mints leaves also 
  2. Squeeze lime into water then add ice cubes and let mint lemonade rest for a while so it can be more chill
  3. enjoy your drink
