Chicken Roll

Ingredients :


  • 250g boneless chicken
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • Tomato ketchup as per desire
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ( zeera )
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder ( hot spices powder )
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 green chillies or as desired and 1 lemon
  • Oil to fry

Directions :


  1. Make chicken cut into small 1 inches cubes and marinate it with the mixture of salt, curd, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper, cumin and garam masala powder, for half an hour.
  2. Heat the oil, plunk the chicken and stir till cooked properly
  3. Slice onions and green chillies and fry them in remaining oil until they become soft and little brownish as in the picture.
  4. Layer chicken pieces, fried onions and chillies on paratha ( if you dont know how to make paratha you can use ready made paratha , easily available in market )
  5. Drop some lemon juice as per your taste then roll it and tuck into a piece of tissue paper or butter paper to hold it as it could be hot.
  6. Your chicken roll is ready to eat .
