Ingredients :
- 1 kg boneless chicken ( cut into stripes )
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garam masala ( hot spices )
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 sliced onion
- Tomato finely sliced ( as per need )
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cabbage
- 1 capsicum
- Salad leaved
- Salt to taste
- Fresh long shaped burger or paratha ( if burger is not available )
Directions :
- In a large bowl marinate boneless chicken pieces with black pepper, vinegar, salt, cardamon powder, lemon juice, garam masala, mustard paste, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, cumin powder and yogurt for about 2 to 3 hours.
- In a large saucepan cook marinated chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. If chicken become dry while cooking then add half cup or water more through out cooking duration.
- In a bowl mix cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper and mix it well to make sauce
- Now take a paratha or a burger aside, put layer of mayonnaise sauce and add cooked chicken over it with few slices of tomato, onion and capsicum then add 2 table spoon of chopped cabbage
- Delicious chicken shawarma is ready to eat.

secondly there is a vegetable pickle which is another important constituent !
